§ 11458

Statute text

The county may cancel, suspend or revoke aid under this chapter for cause. Upon instructions from the department, the county shall cancel, suspend or revoke aid under this chapter. Upon request of the department, an immediate report of every suspension of aid shall be made to the department stating the reason for the suspension and showing the action of the county in approving the suspension.
