View on leginfo.ca.govA county shall issue vouchers or vendor payments for at least rent and utilities payments, for any assistance unit in which any parent or caretaker relative has been subject to sanction of a consecutive period of not less than three months. Vouchers or vendor payments shall continue until the parent or caretaker relative is no longer subject to the sanction.
