View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)On or before September 30 of each year, a local agency responsible for the operation and maintenance of a project levee shall prepare and submit to the department, in a format specified by the department, a report of information for inclusion in periodic flood management reports prepared by the department relating to the project levee. The information submitted to the department shall include all of the following:
(1)Information known to the local agency that is relevant to the condition or performance of the project levee.
(2)Information identifying known conditions that might impair or compromise the level of flood protection provided by the project levee.
