View on leginfo.ca.govThe board may, in cooperation with the United States, adopt and carry out any plan or plans or project of flood control in the Sacramento or San Joaquin River Valleys or on or near the Sacramento River or the San Joaquin River or their tributaries and may exercise jurisdiction and authority in connection with such plans or projects inside or outside the drainage district.
