For purposes of this part, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Yolo Bypass Cache Slough Partnership” means the multiagency partnership established pursuant to a memorandum of understanding signed in May 2016 by all of the following public agencies:

(1)United States Bureau of Reclamation.
