WAT § 76042 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 21 · Part 10 · Ch. 5 · Art. 2

Statute text

The election shall be noticed and conducted, and the returns of the election made and canvassed, in the same manner as is provided for the formation election. To the right of or below the question on the ballot, the words “Yes” and “No” shall be printed on separate lines, with voting targets.
