View on leginfo.ca.govNo informality in any proceeding under this chapter, including the conduct of any election, not substantially affecting adversely the legal rights of any person, shall invalidate any such proceedings. Any action wherein the validity of any such proceeding is denied shall be commenced within three months of the date of such proceeding.
