§ 53073

Statute text

A demand warrant issued pursuant to this article, shall be paid only from the maintenance fund, and, when registered, either in the order of its registration or in the order agreed to, in writing, by all of the holders of the district’s outstanding demand warrants, if the county treasurer approves the agreement.
