§ 50801

WAT § 50801Div. 15 · Part 4 · Ch. 3 · Art. 1

The board shall call a special election when either:

(a)The board determines that the issuance of bonds or refunding bonds is to the best interests of the district, or

(b)A petition requesting such election, signed by the owners of more than one-half of the land in the district, is filed with the secretary.
