§ 4228

Statute text

In all cases where a water right is owned by two or more persons, they shall pay in proportion to their respective interests in the water right, and, when the extent of the several interests is known to the department, the statement prepared by the department shall contain an apportionment of the amount to be paid by the various owners of the water right.
