View on leginfo.ca.govA district may contract to perform and perform any agreement for the transfer or delivery pursuant to Chapter 5 of this part of any irrigation system, canals, rights of way, or other property owned or acquired by the district in exchange for the right to receive and use water or a water supply to be furnished to the district by the other party.
