View on leginfo.ca.govThe notice shall also contain a statement that bonds to represent each assessment, or the unpaid balance thereof, remaining unpaid after 30 days will issue in the manner and form provided in this chapter, and shall state the period over which the bonds extend and the maximum rate of interest payable on them.
