§ 25231

Statute text

In proceeding with a project, or unit thereof, the board of directors shall have all necessary final surveys, plans, specifications and detailed drawings prepared by the district engineer. Upon completion thereof the surveys, plans, specifications and detailed drawings shall be filed with and approved by the board of directors.
