View on leginfo.ca.govIf the governing body determines that it will not be just and equitable, or in the public interest, for the cost of installation and maintenance of said additional lights to be paid by the district as a whole, it shall terminate the proceedings without prejudice to the filing of a new petition pursuant to Chapter 17 of this part.
