View on leginfo.ca.govThe board of supervisors of any county may, by a resolution adopted by a four-fifths vote of its members, declare any highway in the county lying in whole or in part within a city to be a county highway for one or more of the following purposes: acquisition of rights-of-way, construction, maintenance, improvement, or repair.
