§ 29010.11

Statute text

(a)Before July 1, 2027, the district shall submit a report to the Legislature assessing whether the provisions of this chapter effectively accelerate, and improve the quality of, TOD at district stations.

(b)The report shall include all of the following:

(1)The average time to deliver TOD projects begun before January 1, 2019, and after January 1, 2019.
