View on leginfo.ca.govThe department shall pay, from the Aeronautics Account to the Transportation Planning and Development Account in the State Transportation Fund, a sum equal to the pro rata share of the comprehensive transportation duties attributable to aviation planning and research, as determined by the Director of Transportation.
