§ 105003

PUC § 105003 Effective Jan 1, 2022Div. 10 · Part 16 · Ch. 1

As used in this part, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“District” means the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District.

(b)“Dividing line” has the same meaning as defined in Section 93004 of the Government Code.
