View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)At any time after the issuance of letters in a proceeding under this code for the administration of a decedent’s estate, any person interested in the estate, whether as devisee, heir, creditor, beneficiary under a trust, or as otherwise interested, may, in person or by attorney, file with the court clerk a written request for special notice.
(b)The request for special notice shall be so entitled and shall set forth the name of the person and the address to which notices shall be delivered pursuant to Section 1215.
(c)Special notice may be requested of one or more of the following matters:
