View on leginfo.ca.govProjects funded pursuant to this chapter shall be consistent with the policies and guidelines established by the California Coastal Commission, the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Ocean Protection Council, the State Lands Commission, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, and the State Coastal Conservancy, if applicable.
