§ 75260

Statute text

(a)The Zero-Emission Transit Capital Program is hereby established and shall be administered by the Transportation Agency.

(b)Funds appropriated for the Zero-Emission Transit Capital Program shall be allocated by the Transportation Agency to regional transportation planning agencies with 50 percent of the moneys available to the program to be allocated pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 99312.1 of the Public Utilities Code and the other 50 percent to be allocated pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 99312.1 of the Public Utilities Code.

(c)The Transportation Agency shall allocate funding under this program to regional transportation planning agencies subject to the requirements of Section 13987 of the Government Code and the guidelines adopted pursuant to that section.
