§ 5096.355

Statute text

Funds allocated pursuant to subdivision (r) of Section 5096.310 shall be available to the San Joaquin River Conservancy for expenditure of the acquisition, development, enhancement, and protection of land, and for administrative costs incurred in connection therewith, in accordance with Division 22.5 (commencing with Section 32500).
