§ 42655

Statute text

(a)The department, in consultation with the State Air Resources Board, shall assist local jurisdictions in complying with the requirements of this chapter, including any regulations adopted by the department pursuant to Section 42652.5.

(b)This section does not limit a local government’s obligation to comply with the requirements of this chapter, including any regulations adopted by the department pursuant to Section 42652.5.
