§ 41400

Statute text

The county composting component shall include a program and implementation schedule which shows the methods by which the county will, in combination with the source reduction and recycling components, reduce a sufficient amount of solid waste disposed of within the unincorporated area of the county to comply with the diversion requirements of Section 41780.
