View on leginfo.ca.govEvery person who acquires the ownership or operation of any well, whether by purchase, transfer, assignment, conveyance, exchange, or otherwise, shall, within 30 days after acquiring the well and the land, owned or leased, upon which it is located, notify the supervisor or the district deputy, in writing, of his ownership or operation. The notice shall contain the following:
(a)The name and address of the person from whom the well was acquired.
(b)The name and location of the well.
