§ 33811

PRC § 33811 Effective Jan 1, 2025Div. 23.6 · Ch. 2

For purposes of this division, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Board” means the board of directors governing the Salton Sea Conservancy.

(b)“Conservancy” means the Salton Sea Conservancy established pursuant to Section 33812.
