§ 3190

PRC § 3190 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 3 · Ch. 1 · Art. 3.6

For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Federal agency” means the United States Environmental Protection Agency, including Region 9 of that agency.
