§ 30910

Statute text

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions govern the construction of this chapter:

(a)“Board” means the State Water Resources Control Board. (b)“Local public agency” means any city, county, city and county, or district.

(c)“Nonprofit organization” means any California corporation organized under Section 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), or 501(c)(5) of the federal Internal Revenue Code.
