View on leginfo.ca.gov“Local government” means the Counties of Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, and Yolo, and the Cities of Sacramento, Stockton, Tracy, Antioch, Pittsburg, Isleton, Lathrop, Brentwood, West Sacramento, and Oakley, and any other cities that may be incorporated in the future in the primary zone.
