View on leginfo.ca.govThe commission shall allocate and use funding available for emerging renewable technologies pursuant to Section 25751 to fund photovoltaic and solar thermal electric technologies in accordance with eligibility criteria and conditions established pursuant to Chapter 8.8 (commencing with Section 25780).
