View on leginfo.ca.govExcept as provided in this chapter, an action or proceeding to attack, set aside, void, or annul a determination, finding, or decision of the lead agency granting the approval for a transit and transportation facilities project shall be subject to the requirements of Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 21165).
