View on leginfo.ca.govWhenever in this code a court-appointed attorney is entitled to reasonable compensation and necessary expenses, the judge of the court shall consider the following factors, no one of which alone shall be controlling:
(a)Customary fee in the community for similar services rendered by privately retained counsel to a nonindigent client.
(b)The time and labor required to be spent by the attorney.
