§ 16575

Statute text

(a)Except as stated in subdivision (c), the following provisions are continuations of provisions that were included in former Article 4 (commencing with Section 12070) of Chapter 1 of Title 2 of Part 4, entitled “Licenses to Sell Firearms,” when that article was repealed by the Deadly Weapons Recodification Act of 2010:

(1)Section 16130.

(2)Subdivision (b) of Section 16170, to the extent that it continues former Sections 12078 and 12085, as those sections read when they were repealed by the Deadly Weapons Recodification Act of 2010.
