§ 12215

Statute text

Each state agency may, at the discretion of the individual agency director or their designee, print a statement on recycled products selected by the agency director. This statement shall be determined by the department, in consultation with CalRecycle, and shall be similar to the following: “Contains at least ____ percent postconsumer material.”
