§ 7750

LAB § 7750Div. 5 · Part 6 · Ch. 5
Except during the time that a request for a permit remains unacted upon, every person owning or having the custody, management, or operation of a tank or boiler who operates it without a permit issued pursuant to this part is guilty of a misdemeanor. The operation of a tank or boiler without a permit constitutes a separate offense for each day that it is so operated.
