View on leginfo.ca.govAny officer, agent or representative of any railroad corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense, or confinement in the county jail for not less than 10 nor more than 60 days, or both. Such person so offending may be prosecuted under this section, either in the county where he is at the time of commission of the offense, or in any county where such employee has been permitted or required to work in violation of this chapter.
