View on leginfo.ca.govIf the furnishing of compensation benefits to an enrollee or his dependents under this chapter prevents such enrollee or his dependents from receiving benefits under the provisions of federal statute, rule or regulations, then the enrollee or his dependents shall have no right and shall not receive compensation benefits under this chapter.
