§ 1390

LAB § 1390 Effective Jan 1, 2018Div. 2 · Part 4 · Ch. 3

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates:

(a)“Horticultural” includes the curing and drying but not the canning of all varieties of fruit.

(b)“Drama” or “play” includes the production of motion picture plays.
