LAB § 1156.5 Effective May 15, 2023Div. 2 · Part 3.5 · Ch. 5

(a)The board shall not direct an election in any bargaining unit where a valid election has been held in the immediately preceding 12-month period.

(b)This section shall be operative January 1, 2028.
