View on leginfo.ca.govA risk shall not be written by such association except for members in good standing on the books of the society forming the association. A suspension or withdrawal from membership in such society shall suspend the insurance until the member is restored to good standing in the society and association. A restoration to membership after suspension therefrom shall not extend the term of the insurance.
