§ 846

Statute text

To secure such certificate, the applicant shall make and file in the office of the commissioner an application therefor in writing, verified by or in behalf of the applicant. Such application shall set forth:

(a)The name and address of the applicant.

(b)1. In the case of an applying corporation, association, or joint stock company, the name and address of each of its managing officers and managing stock agents. 2. In the case of an applying partnership, the name and address of each of the partners.
