View on leginfo.ca.govThe board of directors of any county mutual fire insurer that desires to commence proceedings for transformation of that insurer to a general mutual insurer shall adopt a resolution to that effect and submit to the commissioner a plan for effecting that transformation accompanied by an application for approval thereof and a fee of four hundred ninety-four dollars ($494).
