View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)A person who is licensed in this state as an insurance agent or broker, advertises insurance on the internet, and transacts insurance in this state, shall identify all of the following information in the same size type on the person’s internet website home page or in a prominently displayed link from the home page, regardless of whether the insurance agent or broker maintains the internet presence or if the presence is maintained on the person’s behalf:
(1)The person’s name as filed with the commissioner that has not been disapproved pursuant to Section 1724.5.
(2)The person’s state of domicile and principal place of business.
