View on leginfo.ca.govA person under 18 years of age is not eligible to apply for a license pursuant to this chapter, Chapter 5A (commencing with Section 1759), Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 1760), and Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 1800) of Part 2 of Division 1, and Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 14000) and Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 15000) of Division 5.
