§ 1638

INS § 1638 Effective Jul 23, 2021Div. 1 · Part 2 · Ch. 5 · Art. 3
(a)A nonresident license is a license issued to a person not a resident of this state. A person is a resident of this state if either of the following applies:
(1)A person occupies a dwelling in this state and intends this state to be that person’s domicile.
(2)A person maintains that person’s principal place of business in this state.
