View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)Sections 1070, 1070.5, 1070.6, 1071.5, 1072, and 1076 shall be applicable to underwritten title companies.
(b)The following terms from Sections 1070, 1070.5, 1070.6, 1071.5, 1072, and 1076 shall be applicable to underwritten title companies as follows:
(1)“Certificate of Authority” shall mean an underwritten title company license.
