§ 80210

HSC § 80210 Effective Jan 1, 2023Div. 45 · Part 2 · Ch. 10 · Art. 1

(a)“Brownfield” means property that meets all of the following conditions:

(1)It is located in an urban area.

(2)It was previously the site of an economic activity that is no longer in operation at that location.
