§ 78345

Statute text

Except as provided in Section 78315, all proceeds from the sale of bonds, except those derived from premiums and accrued interest, are available for the purposes specified in Section 78305, but are not available for transfer to the General Fund to pay the principal of, and interest on, the bonds.
