§ 52533.5

Statute text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the agency shall have no authority to make mortgages or to incur debt pursuant to this part after the date of the approval of the California Housing and Jobs Investment Bond Act (Part 6.1 (commencing with Section 52534)) by the California electorate.
