§ 50237

Statute text

(a)For the purposes of this section, the supplemental Homekey program shall be the same as the program set forth in Section 50675.1.3, except that the applicants are limited to those described in meeting the criteria set forth in subdivisions (b) and (c).

(b)Cities and counties that are eligible for round 5 shall be eligible, separately, for supplemental Homekey funding pursuant to this section.

(c)To be eligible for the supplemental Homekey program, a city or county must satisfy the following:
